Blogging! It's easy! There are quite a few shows here at WEFT doing it; just check out the list of shows with websites. If you'd like to be blogging your show but don't know how to get started, get in touch with the Website Workgroup at webgroup@weft.org, and they can help you out.
So why should you run a blog for your show?
- It's a place where listeners can find more about you, your show, and the station.
- You can post playlists not just great for your listeners, but can also help bring exposure to some of the lesser-known artists you might play.
- You can interact with people around the world tuning in through the stream who aren't likely to be calling into the station.
- You can share more information with your audience outside of your show's on-air format.
