In advance of each meeting a draft agenda packet will be posted that contains the planned agenda and supporting documents, such as draft policies, reports and approved minutes from past meetings.
Draft agenda packets may change prior to the meeting itself, and agendas may be changed at the start of the meeting by vote of the Board. If there are substantial changes an updated agenda packet will be posted after the completion of that meeting.
All packets are posted in PDF format in order to retain formatting and cross-platform compatibility.
BOD meetings are generally on the fourth Monday of the month.
