Proposed amendments

I'm just going to informally state my proposed changes, but I'm sure they'll also appear in the minutes.

  1. Add clauses to the membership section allowing for explicit acceptance of and resignation from (effective immediately or at adjournment) the committee.
  2. Change membership rule to be contingent on acceptance, not implicit.
  3. Figure out what to do about quorum, particularly the somewhat paradoxical 4.B.2.
